General Rules
The Conclave Is a group of unified social individuals of adults whom enjoy one another's company. Be it dungeons, roleplay or player versus player. As one of our members you are expected to act like an adult and take to situations and conflicts as one as well. Remember, you represent the guild in everything you do while playing among us.
Here are the rules:
1) Try to keep the guild-chat friendly and "mature" yes, childish jokes are welcome, however keep in consideration not to offend people or hurt their feelings.
2) Obey your officers (and guild leader) They are working hard for things to keep together and for events/raids to happen.
3) Try to keep guild-chat in english, it is not a huge problem if you say something in a foreign language now and then, but avoid it if possible as english is many of our members' only language!
4) The RP rules of the server still applies, if you are OOCing it will make the guild look bad.
5) Check up on the forums occasionally, because most of the important information will be posted here.
6) Keep in mind that the guild tag you carry represents the whole guild, if you ninja something in a raid for example, it would look bad for everyone in the guild.
7) Make sure you read the Roleplay, PVE and PVP rules as well because the same consequences of breaking those rules applay as the consequences of these ones.
8) We also will not accept any members below the age of 16.
Breaking a rule will result in warning and a trial period of two weeks. If you then break a rule again within that time a consequence of loosing out on events will occur adding a new two week trial period. And if a rule is broken again within those new two weeks it will result in a kick.
On a final note:
Nobody, even the guild leader is above the rules. This guild is founded on common courtesy, mature attitudes and in depth discussion, indiscriminate kicking will not occur without you being allowed to state your case, but on a personal note from me in particular, -NO- breaking of the above rules will be tolerated, by anyone.
